Would you like to know if the rates are going to improve tomorrow? Use the same crystal ball we used. It doesn't work every time, but it's pretty reliable. Our crystal ball is http://www.bloomberg.com/markets/index.html?Intro=intro_markets We watched the 10 year bond market. When those numbers were red, the rates may (maybe) got better the next day. Keep in mind, the rates may not go down, but the cost to get that rate you want may. That could mean hundreds or even thousands of dollars in savings when you lock your loan rate in.
